What merchandise is zalgirisshop.lt selling?
zalgirisshop.lt is selling the official BC Kaunas Žalgiris fan merchandise: sports apparel (official shirts, shorts and warm up clothes); leisurewear (t-shirts, jackets, sports pants), souvenirs and accessories of BC Žalgiris.
When will I receive my order?
If your delivery address is in Lithuania, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days after we receive the payment, unless there are any unexpected circumstances of which you would be immediately notified. Regardless, we do our best for your order to arrive as soon as possible. International orders might take up to 7-10 business days to arrive. The exact time depends on the country you selected. After you place your order, you will be notified about the estimated delivery date.
How will my purchase arrive?
The orders in Lithuania are delivered by our partners DPD and OMNIVA. Order delivery by DPD courier in Lithuania costs 3.50 Eur. Order delivery to Omniva parcel machine in Lithuania costs 3 Eur. The delivery time in Lithuania is 2-3 business days. International orders are delivered by DPD and LP postal service. The delivery time is 7-10 business days (Please note that during holiday season
the delivery time might take longer). Order delivery outside Lithuania costs 17 Eur.
Are items sold by zalgirsshop.lt original?
zalgisishop.lt is the official BC Žalgiris online store. All items on this site are approved  by the club’s administration.
Can I collect my order myself?
Yes, you can place an order online and collect the purchase at our store at Pramones pr. 4E in Kaunas (we are open I-V 10:00-19:00). The order must be per-paid online (we do not accept cash). When your order is ready to be picked up you will be notified by a text message.
How can I return a purchase?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days from reception date. If you want to exchange your item to a different size, you can do that within 30 days. To do that, please contact us by e-mail (info@zalgirisshop.lt) or phone (8 622 77 027). The shipping cost of returning the purchase or exchanging the item(s) will not be refunded. The items you return must be:
· in its original shape and packaging (except when the item is faulty or damaged)
· not been worn, used, broken or lost its mint condition (label in place and intact, protective seal intact, etc., except when the item is faulty).
· To return an item you must provide a copy of the invoice and fill out the return form.
The money for the returned items will be transferred to the account that was used to pay for the order within 7 business days since the item is received to the address provided in the invoice.
I selected an item but it says it is sold out. Is there a possibility to order an item that is no longer available?
Unfortunately, there is no such option.
